Party time!!!

 We made snacks for the Superbowl this weekend. We made bean dip.

 And Frito Casserole.. Yum!

Then we had our own little pre-Superbowl  party. We enjoyed the snacks! Good cooking Jessica!

Lunch time!

We love to go to Long Life Vegi House on Fridays for their lunch special with Josh and baby Nolan.

At the gym today, Jessica ran into her second and third grade teacher! They recognized each other. The teacher said she knew Jessica when she was nine years old! What a reunion!

Dog park adventures!

 And Ranger likes to play with his friends.

Jessica and I are glad the dogs let us be part of the pack.

 We went to the dog park. Jessica always gets excited to play with all of the dogs there.

 She also got some good snuggle time with Ranger!

We had the basketball court all to ourselves this morning!

Day of Fun Fun Fun

 First we went to the dog park!

 Next we went to the gym! Jess walked the track, rode the exercise bike, and did yoga! Wow!!!

After lunch it was off to The Humane Society to meet lots of new friends! Jessica's peaceful energy is wonderful for the dogs and cats!

An afternoon with our best friends!

We like to go to Herman Franks dog park sometimes. There are usually a lot of dogs to play with, and all the people there are nice too!

 Ranger the dog was caught begging, but Jessica loves him so much! We both had really healthy lunches today. Jessica even had seaweed! Yum!

I had quinoa.  We both had a lot of energy this afternoon, after eating such healthy meals!

We started out our day at the gym getting some exercise... Perfect! Jessica goes pretty fast on that bike!

 We played basketball all morning!

 Got in some good cuddling time with little Ranger the dog.

 We baked some brownies! Jessica was a great help! She really knew what she was doing.

 While we were waiting for the brownies to bake, we practiced some words on the IPAD.

And then, we got to enjoy the brownies. They were delicious!
